About the role

Real Time Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer - Aircraft Recorders to lead design, development, integration and testing of avionics systems for aerospace platforms. You will apply systems engineering processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 8+ years in avionics, strong DOORS proficiency, and experience with embedded systems, FDR/CVR data recorders and related standards. Excellent communication and ownership are essential.
