About the role
- Inspect parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products on the assembly line for quality, workmanship, and specification compliance
- Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges)
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to team leads, supervisors, and quality personnel
- Remove non-conforming material from the production flow and follow established containment procedures
- Complete required quality documentation, inspection checklists, and records accurately and timely
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions as directed
- Follow standard work, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and quality goals
- What Do You Need?
- High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools and inspection techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
