About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) and MedTech Co-Founder to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of building and scaling a startup in the MedTech field. As a CPO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on personal and professional development. The role involves an extensive journey of growth, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants for this role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
