Facilities Coordinator – Construction & Asset TurnoverA growing real estate organization is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support construction turnover and ongoing operations across a multi-state industrial property portfolio. This role will work closely with construction teams, contractors, vendors, tenants and internal stakeholders from project completion through operational handoff.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate construction closeout, inspections, punch lists and project turnover. Track project schedules, milestones and required closeout documentation. Support day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, vendors and capital improvements. Monitor building systems, work orders, preventative maintenance and property conditions. Assist with operating/capital budgets, invoices and service agreements. Coordinate with contractors, tenants, property management and internal teams.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of facilities, property operations, construction coordination or project management experience. Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial real estate experience preferred. Working knowledge of construction processes and building systems. Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Procore, BIM 360, Yardi or similar software experience is a plus. Up to 25% travel.
