Experience with Epicor is not required; candidates with backgrounds in Net Suite, Acumatica, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or other ERP platforms are encouraged to apply.

Track project progress and proactively address potential delays or roadblocks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon requirements. Provide clear project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Support ERP implementation activities and understand the business processes being addressed.

Demonstrated understanding of structured project management methodologies, terminology, and tools. Experience managing ERP implementations or other complex software implementations. Manufacturing experience*Experience with an ERP such as Net Suite, Acumatica, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Epicor**Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is not someone who has simply managed projects as part of another role. Someone who can step into an ERP implementation environment and require minimal ramp-up will be especially successful in this role.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
