About the role

Barnard College is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Individual Giving to lead a portfolio of donors, drive annual revenue, and coordinate with alumnae volunteers and the AABC Annual Giving Committee. This role reports to the Senior Director of Individual Giving and partners with the Barnard Advancement team. The position focuses on developing annual giving strategies, managing Giving Day with Columbia, and achieving specific dollar and participation targets across assigned groups.
