About the role

Enel North America is seeking a Senior BESS Engineer to serve as the fleet technical SME for battery energy storage systems. You will support BMS, HVAC, fire safety, and container/rack health, and oversee warranty and state-of-health analyses. You will collaborate with OEMs and site teams to implement sustainable technical improvements, requiring travel domestically and internationally. A strong field background in utility-scale battery systems is essential.
