Housing and Land ManagementApply Before: Continuous The Department of Housing and Land Management (DHLM) is seeking a Secretary II to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Asset Management Division. This position assists management and staff with daily operational, administrative, and program functions and performs a variety of clerical, coordination, and office management duties involving correspondence, records management, scheduling, public inquiries, and preparation of reports and documents. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking division activities, projects, and assignments, including relocation activities and claims processing conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The selected candidate will maintain confidential files and records, prepare and review outgoing correspondence and forms for accuracy and completeness, and support the division in meeting operational deadlines and compliance requirements.
