About the role
Leading media strategy and delivery for pharmaceutical accounts, the full-time salaried Pharmaceutical Media Director will manage day-to-day media strategy, build audience plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day media strategy development and client relationships for pharmaceutical accounts, focusing on HCP audiences and integrated HCP/DTC programs
Translate client business objectives into audience strategies, channel recommendations, and optimization plans across HCP and DTC segments
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated media solutions and guide campaign performance based on data insights
Required qualifications
7+ years of media experience with significant expertise in pharma marketing and HCP strategy, particularly in oncology
Practical understanding of patient-level data, MMM, attribution, and experimentation in media planning
Experience in programmatic, paid search, SEO/GEO, or paid social is a plus but not required
Strong ability to communicate complex media concepts in simple, actionable terms
Agility in navigating multiple workstreams and curiosity about new channels and industry developments
