About the role
BitGo, Inc. is seeking a design leader who still designs to mentor a senior team and own the design system. You will sit with the Chief Product Officer on strategy, while personally delivering design surfaces and leading 50% hands-on IC work at the start. You will drive design's strategic impact and shape long-term roadmaps, guiding a small, senior team across trading, DeFi vaults, wallets, and financing surfaces.
