About the role
Job Description:
Monitor and support an autonomous vehicle fleet from a centralized operations center, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day service.
Responsibilities:
Monitor vehicle and service operations in real time. Complete pre-shift checks and troubleshoot basic operational issues. Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and unexpected situations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity. Create, document, and escalate support tickets as needed. Dispatch field support when vehicles require assistance. Monitor traffic, road conditions, construction, and local events that may impact service. Implement temporary service restrictions or operational changes when necessary. Maintain clear communication, sound judgment, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Valid in-state driver’s license. Clean driving record. Ability to work full-time, on-site in Las Vegas. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
