About the Role: Step into a hands-on material handling role that blends skilled forklift work with active warehouse support. You’ll keep our paper processing operation moving—unloading inbound trucks, staging materials for shredding and baling, and loading outbound shipments with accuracy and care. Schedule & PayHours: 2nd shift, 3:30 pm – 12:00 amPay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experienceA Day in the LifeWhen your shift begins, you’ll inspect your equipment and review the dock schedule. You’ll safely unload incoming trucks using a sit-down or reach forklift, then move rolls of paper and other materials to the right processing areas. As production runs, you’ll hand-cut materials as needed to prepare them for processing, stage and move finished bales, and finally load outbound trailers to close the loop. Throughout the shift, you’ll jump in with general warehouse and production tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate forklifts and a skid steer to unload incoming trucks quickly and safely
  • Transport rolls of paper and materials to designated processing zones
  • Manually cut materials and prepare them for shredding and baling
  • Stage finished bales and load outbound trucks
  • Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
  • What You Bring 2+ years of forklift operating experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
  • Comfort working around machinery and moving equipment
  • You’re proficient in: Warehouse Experience; Material Handler Experience; Loading and Unloading Vehicles
  • Equipment You’ll UseSit-down forklift
  • Reach forklift
  • Box clamp and roll clamp attachments
  • Skid steer
