About the role
Managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Distribution Operations Analyst will provide exceptional customer service, support producers across distribution channels, and ensure timely commission payments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines
Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations
Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments on time
Required qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to adapt to frequent business and regulatory changes
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications quickly and accurately
Strong initiative and follow-through to deliver high-quality results
Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in one of the specified states
