Role: RAN Engineer

Required Education and Experience Must have experience in lab not field Exposure to Mobile/Cellular Network Network Architecture (4G & 5G), various interface protocols mainly between RAN and core network, knowledge of RAN layers - L2 & L3 and L1-L2 interface, O-RAN FH interface awareness mainly WG4.Knowledge of End to end call flows at high level Prior working level/testing experience of RAN network elements - DU/BBU - macro or small cell - include DU & CU configuration and packet core & UE configuration (IMSI, key etc) and log collection for DU and CU & UE or UE emulator, high level log analysis Working experience with RRU and UE emulators (Viavi and/or Keysight), UE log collection tools (QXDM etc.)Some exposure to EMS for Mobile/Cellular Infrastructure, OAM interfaces, protocols, data models, configuration parameters, KPIs for RANKnowledge of RAN Performance parameters for the DUPreferred - O-RAN interface testing b/w RRU and DU experience Please send candidates with this information.
