About the role

Anesthesia AideWe are looking for a hardworking and motivated Anesthesia Aide to join our Operating Room team! This position will work on the East Bank campus in Minneapolis which serves an all adult patient population. Areas Of Specialization Include: Solid organ transplant Blood and marrow transplantation Heart disease CancerThis position is a 0.5FTE (40 hours biweekly), evening shift position working 2 30pm-11pm with occasional weekend and holiday shifts. Facilitates OR room turnover for anesthesia and operating rooms Performs cleanup of ORsReadies OR for next patient Properly cares for equipment and takes action for preventative maintenance Procures equipment Transports specimens and blood products Maintains inventory control Orders and tracks supplies Monitors arrivals of back orders Returns incorrect or damaged orders Restocks department with supplies Makes rounds to keep inventory in stock
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers
