ZING is hiring experienced Compounders to join a growing manufacturing team! If you have hands-on compounding experience in the cosmetic or skincare industry, we'd love to hear from you. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and overtime available.
What You'll Do:
Prepare batch sheets and calculate raw material quantities Pre-weigh raw materials using appropriate scales and dispensing equipment Compound ingredients according to batch documentation Start and monitor the molding process Collect samples for Quality Control testing Transfer completed batches into designated storage containers Maintain batch control and tank cleaning logs Follow all SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures Assist with additional production duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on compounding experience in the cosmetic or skincare industry Ability to read and follow Batch Records and SOPsStrong math skills and attention to detail Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is a plus)Commitment to workplace safety Willingness to work overtime Shift Information Training is completed on 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) before moving to your assigned schedule.
