About the role

✈️ Account Executive In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive who knows how to take a qualified opportunity and turn it into signed business. This is not a traditional lead-generation role. We’re looking for a proven closer who is comfortable owning multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from discovery through negotiation, contracting, and execution.
🎯 What You’ll Do: As our Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of qualified opportunities generated through Business Development, referrals, inbound activity, networking, and other sales channels. You’ll be responsible for:🤝 Leading discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers🧩 Identifying and engaging executive sponsors, Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other key stakeholders💼 Translating prospect needs into compelling IFCC solutions, proposals, pricing, scopes of work, and business cases🔄 Coordinating internally across Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal📑 Managing complex contracting processes, including MSAs, work authorizations, redlines, insurance requirements, compliance provisions, and other deal documentation💬 Navigating objections, pricing discussions, competitive concerns, negotiations, and contractual roadblocks📅 Building and managing a defined close plan with clear milestones, responsibilities, outstanding decisions, and targeted execution dates⚖️ Balancing client expectations with IFCC’s operational, financial, legal, and service requirements📊 Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting✅ Driving opportunities through to an executed agreement and ensuring a strong transition to Account Management and our delivery teams The position requires someone who can work effectively with both internal and prospect-side Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders while keeping opportunities progressing toward execution.
🔎 What We’re Looking For: You may be a great fit if you have:3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, aviation, professional services, or another complex consultative sales environmentA demonstrated track record of closing new business Experience selling into organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers Experience navigating substantial legal, contractual, procurement, compliance, insurance, or risk-management requirements Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills The ability to create urgency, maintain momentum, and hold stakeholders accountable to an established sales timeline Strong business judgment and the ability to recognize buying signals, risks, and barriers to close Disciplined CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up habits Executive-level communication skills and professional presence We’re looking for someone who can do more than develop relationships.
