Assembler Position King Retail Solutions, a leading designer and manufacturer of retail design, decor, and cabinetry/casework/millwork is looking for an Assembler to assemble components from our build, metal, and print departments and prepare the finished product for shipping.
Position Summary: Responsible for assembling products within specified timelines and in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties. The Assembler works Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturday. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines. Performs spot checks of products to ensure it meets quality standards. Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety tools/materials/workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space & Abilities: Be able to read/understand details. Adaptable and ready for pace changes. Self-Starting/Highly hand-eye to multitask. Work well others and independently. Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary. Flexibility: Overtime and split shifts are a possibility depending on the workload.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout a shift as needed. One or more years of work-related experience.
