Hours:
40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must Apply By: 02/12/2027 The employer has a seasonal need for labor during the row crop production season, including corn and soybean farming, when field preparation, planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities must be performed within a limited timeframe and cannot be completed by the employer's permanent workforce. Seasonal agricultural workers are needed to assist with general crop farming operations, including preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; and operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other agricultural machinery. Workers will engage in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting corn and soybeans, as well as loading and unloading crops or materials manually or with the use of conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand tools. Duties also include loading hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines; manipulating controls to set, activate, and adjust equipment; and observing machinery during operation to detect malfunctions. Workers may drive farm semi-trucks to transport crops, supplies, and tools. Additional responsibilities include recording agricultural data as required and performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment. Workers will perform general farm duties as assigned in support of seasonal crop production. Additional job duties will be to operate power washing machine, safely clean farm equipment, and operate snow removal equipment.
Minimum Education Required: No High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Required:- Minimum 3 months experience.
- Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, repetitive movements.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer's discretion; Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer's discretion.

Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
