Job Description
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment Automation & systems management -Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them Labor force management- Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale Team leadership- Recent experience leading large teams
Preferred Qualifications: LEAN / Continuous Improvement (CI) experience About This Role This position sits within a demanding, metric-driven operation where daily decision-making directly impacts throughput and service levels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, leading large teams through change, and partnering closely with support functions to keep systems running smoothly.
