As our Construction Superintendent, you’ll lead from the field with both urgency and sound judgement, keeping subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries moving while making sure the work follows established plans, quality, and safety standards. You communicate clearly and effectively to ensure the job gets done right. What you’ll need to be our Construction Superintendent: Demonstrated construction experience with broad knowledge of residential construction methods and workmanship standards across all phases of a project Strong jobsite management, organizational, and field leadership skills Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and verify subcontractor compliance with project requirements Effective communication skills to resolve issues and keep work progressing towards results Solid understanding of construction safety practices Independent problem-solving skills to make sound decisions and adapt as project conditions change Ability to closely collaborate with the Project Manager Supervisory experience, preferred

What you’ll do as the Construction Superintendent: Direct daily construction activity and jobsite operations
Maintain safe and organized jobsites
Coordinate day-to-day jobsite schedules across stakeholders and milestones
Ensure completed work meets SRE’s quality standards, following provided plans and project specifications
Proactively communicate progress and risks to the Project Manager
