About the role

Collectors seeks a Legal Operations Specialist to join its in-house Legal team in Santa Ana, CA. This role sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, and operations, enabling scalable processes and AI-powered workflows. On-site four days a week, you’ll support contract, privacy, IP, and corporate operations while partnering with multiple business lines. You’ll report to the General Counsel, work with global teams, and help scale AI-enabled legal processes from day one.
