The role supports a patient-centered primary care team delivering high-quality, coordinated care in a busy family medicine setting. The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years of Primary Care/Urgent Care experience, board eligibility or certification, and Pennsylvania medical licensure or licensure eligibility.
