Overview In this role you drive seasonal category strategy and translate consumer and market insights into actionable direction that guides cross-functional teams. You partner with senior strategy leadership to align with KEEN’s strategic house, long-range plan, and consumer targets, ensuring insights inform GTM and regional execution. You will synthesize data into clear strategic recommendations and enable consistent storytelling and activation across Global and Regional teams. This is an influential, cross-functional role shaping category strategy and GTM inputs from strategy to activation. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive total rewardshealth and welfare benefits Responsibilities Develop seasonal category strategies by translating enterprise priorities into actionable guidance for Product, Merchandising, Brand Communications, Regional teams, and GTM partners. Align cross-functional teams on the seasonal strategic narrative and refine strategies with leadership. Synthesize consumer insights, market trends, brand health, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations. Lead strategic workshops, insights immersions, and alignment sessions with cross-functional partners. Create and deliver strategic sell-in materials and consumer narratives for global and regional Sales teams. Provide Merchandising Architecture, story priorities, and product knowledge to support in-season execution. Partner with Creative to establish early category concepts and ensure continuity from strategy to activation. Serve as primary strategic partner to Integrated GTM, with formal handoffs and ongoing support to ensure alignment with priorities. Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of seven years in strategy, insights, brand planning, or category strategy. Experience in or with Integrated GTM or cross-functional planning is preferred. Ability to translate insights into clear, strategic direction; strong storytelling and facilitation skills. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research sources; ability to build frameworks and narratives.
