About the role
Mars is seeking a Principal Scientist for Fats and Oils to lead global initiatives in sustainability, innovation, and reformulation for snacking products. You will guide technical projects, collaborate across R&D and production sites, and drive strategic ingredient evaluations with external partners.
The role requires a strong R&D background in foods, regulatory familiarity with FDA/EFSA, and proven ability to work across global teams. This is a senior, independent position within Mars Snacking.
