About the role
Our client, a reputable law firm is seeking a second shift Receptionist! The hours are 3pm - 11pm. Monday - Friday(car service is provided home when you work past 9pm) Responsibilities: Answer all phone calls and re-direct accordingly, or answer basic rental property inquiries Friendly attitude, caring, and upbeat personality with a professional demeanor. Ability to interact with employees at all levels Keep things in order, maintain the overall look of the office and make sure everything is presentable Ability to research new, creative restaurants for catering needs Experience Required: 1+ of relevant customer service/receptionist/front desk experience is a must Knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word + The annual base salary range is $50k to $60k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
