About the role
- Receive, inspect, and unload shipments, verifying accuracy and product condition
- Sort and store products in their proper warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders for delivery and shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Keep accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support your teammates and contribute to an efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification is a plus
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience
- Confidence operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Team player mentality and effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order processing
- A strong focus on safety, responsibility, and efficiency
