Intern will fill an Assistant Team Role in a food location on park in either:o Concessionso Fast Foodo Family Style Diningo Full Service Dining
You will learn Opening and Closing Procedures
Attend Leadership Training
Act as Quality Assurance Inspector
Assist with Cost Analysis to include Cost of Sales, product mix, and Spending Per Person
Complete an end of program project
