Our organization is growing, and we are seeking our next Senior Director of Information Technology leader!
Position Summary: The Senior Director of Information Technology is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise technology strategy across the company. This senior leader will lead all aspects of information technology, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital commerce platforms, ERP systems, data architecture, software engineering, and overall technology innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader who understands how technology drives operational excellence, customer experience, revenue growth, and profitability. This individual must possess deep expertise in ERP environments while leading modernization initiatives that support global retail operations.
Key Responsibilities: Senior Leadership: Develop and execute the company's multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on technology investments and digital transformation. Lead IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, and technology planning. Build and develop a high-performing IT organization focused on accountability, innovation, and customer service. Enterprise Applications: Own the company's ERP ecosystem including supply chain and procurement, inventory management, manufacturing systems, future ERP modernization initiatives, and the improvement of automated processes. Ecommerce Technology: Responsibilities include website performance and platform scalability, search optimization, overall customer experience, mobile commerce, payment systems and order management Infrastructure & Security: Oversee cloud infrastructure, network architecture, disaster recovery, business continuity, cybersecurity, identity management, endpoint security, compliance, and data protection. Data & Business Intelligence: Develop enterprise reporting strategy to successfully support all functions. Build executive dashboards while improving analytics capabilities. Establish data governance. Leverage AI and predictive analytics to improve business decisions. Manufacturing & Distribution Technology: Support technology for warehouse and manufacturing operations, inventory optimization, logistics, distribution centers and EDI integrations with major retailers. Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives involving AI, robotic process automation, workflow automation, machine learning applications, customer personalization, and technology innovation. Vendor & Project Management: Manage strategic technology vendors. Negotiate enterprise software contracts. Lead enterprise-wide implementation projects. Deliver projects on time and within budget. Software Engineering Lead the software engineering function across the company's omnichannel environment. Oversee the development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing performance of customer-facing systems. Translate commercial and operational priorities into a prioritized technology roadmap. Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, establishing strong development practices, architecture standards, security and quality controls, agile delivery processes, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.10+ years leading enterprise technology organizations. Experience serving as a senior IT leader in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, or e-commerce.
