Responsibilities Include: Required to train/qualify at the following operator jobs: Cold Mill Operator Coil Finishing Operator - TLCoil Finishing Operator - HVUtility Operator Lab Tech. Shipping and Receiving Operator Entry/Exit Operator Must possess a high degree of safety awareness. Must be knowledgeable and be willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices. Strong decision-making skills. Problem solving skills. Must be knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes. Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills are required. Strong verbal communications skills. Basic computer skills. Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Good work attendance is required (less than four attendance points).Adhere to and support company quality, environmental, health & safety, and certification standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, and ASI Certifications, where applicable.
