Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: On-call availability required for urgent maintenance needs
Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 per year Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects that keep an active production facility modern, compliant, and running without disruption. Must-Haves Proven ability to manage complex facility or construction projects in active production environments Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols Hands-on facilities maintenance skills Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and quality
What You'll Do: Oversee facility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage new building, expansion, renovation, and building systems modernization projects Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials Maintain project schedules with the Department Manager Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations Coordinate contractors and internal teams to minimize disruption to operations Deliver accurate project reporting, forecasts, and progress updates Manage daily maintenance tasks in MaintainX Perform hands-on maintenance when needed to keep operations on track Nice-to-Haves Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Experience with sustainability and building systems upgrades CMMS experience, especially MaintainX
Compensation and Benefits: $75,000 to $95,000 per year Direct hire opportunity
