About the role

Lex Products seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead the rebuild of the AS9100 Quality Management System at the Davie, FL defense site. You will own quality processes, drive audits, and build a high-performing team focused on compliance and customer satisfaction. You will report to senior leadership, coordinate with operations and engineering, and drive continuous improvement to restore QPL status and elevate product quality for military customers.
