About the role
Managing the Company's Property Improvement Plan (PIP) incentive programs, the full-time Portfolio Optimization Programs Manager will serve as the primary negotiator and relationship manager for franchisees, overseeing the entire lifecycle of incentive opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key responsibilitiesNegotiate PIP scope, project timelines, and incentive amounts with franchisees, ensuring documentation of commitments
Administer assigned PIP incentive programs, conducting outreach to franchisees and tracking budget performance
Maintain accurate program records and prepare reports on project status, compliance, and process improvementsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales, negotiations, program management, or financial analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with budgets, financial incentives, or contract administration preferred
Familiarity with hospitality, franchising, or multi-unit business environments is a plus
