About the role
Coaching and guiding teacher applicants and interns through an alternative teaching certification program, the remote Arizona Licensed Program Advisor will provide superior customer service, mentorship, and strategic support to help candidates achieve their teaching goals.
Key Responsibilities
Gain expertise about certification/licensure programs and state requirements to assist candidates effectively
Manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing candidate engagement and support
Collaborate with the state operations team to represent the program at job fairs and build relationships with local districts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm and professionalism in a team environment
