About the role
We are looking for a director level site leader, a transformation leader who has successfully scaled manufacturing capacity and led complex, cross-functional initiatives delivering measurable operational results.JOB REQUIREMENTS 10+ years experience in manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, process flow, capacity planning, and operational KPI's. Strong executive communication skills. Manufacturing experience with engineered-to-order critical infrastructure equipment, Modular construction, refrigeration / thermal systems, complex configured or engineered product manufacturing. Must have Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, Business, or related field. 10-25% Travel.
