Role Description:
The Administrative Assistant role at DxP Services is a part-time, remote position focused on providing reliable administrative and clerical support to the team. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining electronic records and files. The role involves handling phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries with professional communication and strong phone etiquette. The Administrative Assistant may support executive leadership with executive-level administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, coordinating virtual meetings, and tracking action items. This position requires consistent attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and routine office tasks efficiently. Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support senior leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and internal and external inquiries. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, virtual meeting platforms) and basic data entry. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Prior administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business administration or related fields is an advantage.
