About the role

Hireology is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to preserve the condition and functionality of affordable housing properties. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities include surveying buildings, repairing mechanical systems, basic HVAC troubleshooting, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours. Starting pay is $18 per hour; schedule is a Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift.
