About the role

People & Leadership Growth Coordinator | RemoteRemote | Flexible | Independent | Personal & Leadership Development You likely have more to offer than you realise, or are recognised for. You may already be someone people rely on. You solve problems, support others, see things through and often step up when something needs doing. Along the way, you've developed a wealth of experience, a feel for working with people and instincts others often rely on. Perhaps you're now looking for a way to use those strengths differently. This is suited to someone who wants to keep developing themselves while using their experience to have meaningful conversations with other capable people who are ready to take ownership of their own growth and direction.
What you'll be doing:
  • Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
  • Have introductory conversations by phone or ZoomListen, ask questions and understand what people are looking for
  • Introduce relevant personal and leadership development programs and resources
Build genuine professional relationships and follow upUse digital and online marketing platforms, along with established systems, to connect with and engage people. Grow alongside others while continuing to develop your communication, leadership and relationship-building skills. Manage your own schedule, activity and follow-through Who this may suit: There isn't one particular career background we're looking for. You may have experience in education, community services, healthcare, customer experience, management, operations, hospitality, small business or another people-focused environment. You are likely to be someone who: Has solid experience and believes you still have more to learn Communicates naturally and builds trust with people Takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed Is comfortable working independently Enjoys personal and professional development Is organised, consistent and accountable for your own actions Wants to develop new skills while making greater use of the skills you already have What you can expect: Flexible remote working Structured onboarding and continued training Ongoing mentoring and professional development Established systems and digital resources Personal and leadership development resources The opportunity to develop your skills and build greater independence in how you work
Please note: This is an independent, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position, with earnings based on individual results and activity. The role can be developed alongside existing work or other commitments, with flexibility in how you structure your time. If you're capable, self-directed and ready to use your experience in a different way while helping other capable people move forward, we'd be very interested in hearing from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
