Role Description:
The Client Service Associate/Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in La Mesa, CA. This role supports financial advisors and firm leadership by managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation for appointments and reviews. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating account-related requests, maintaining accurate records and files, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding and follow-up process. The position also involves organizing calendars, arranging travel or events as needed, assisting with preparation of reports and presentations, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
Qualifications:
Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service.
Background in Customer Support, with the ability to resolve inquiries and follow through on client requests.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Foundational understanding of Finance and interest in working in a financial services or tax planning environment.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), calendars, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a professional team and maintain client confidentiality.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in a financial planning, tax, or professional services firm is beneficial.
