Job Description: Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as a key point of contact for our office in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence. In this position, you will help support daily office operations, assist visitors and team members, and ensure that communications are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Welcome visitors and provide a professional and positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department. Manage general inquiries and provide accurate information when needed. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities. Maintain organized reception and common areas. Receive, organize, and distribute correspondence and deliveries. Support administrative tasks, document preparation, and data entry. Maintain accurate records and office information. Coordinate with team members to support smooth daily operations. Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
