Contact a Physician Recruiter Job ID 1079673 Location Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) to join our distinguished Dentistry Department at Jersey City Medical Center. This part‐time leadership role (20 hours/week) combines clinical excellence, resident education, and program development in an academic, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to OMS residents across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care settings. Guide residents in surgical management, trauma care, and academic development. Lead didactic and hands‐on training. Contribute to curriculum advancement. Collaborate with program leadership to ensure the highest standards of patient care, education, and compliance.
Qualifications: D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA‐accredited dental school. Completion of a CODA‐accredited OMS residency program. Board‐certified or board‐eligible by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Eligible for licensure in New Jersey. Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and leadership.
