Employees here gain hands-on experience in a high-quality production environment with opportunities for growth across assembly, machine operation, welding, and more.

Key Responsibilities: Operate assembly or machine equipment to build products according to quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals within a safe, fast-paced setting. Assist across departments (e.g., assembly, welding, or press operations) as needed based on workflow priorities.
