Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As an Account Manager, you will nurture high-level corporate relationships, analyze client travel spend data, and deliver strategic, customized solutions to our corporate clients. You will lead client onboarding, drive account growth, collaborate directly with key travel vendors and suppliers, and ensure long-term account success while serving as the primary point of contact to resolve client concerns promptly. We are looking for a fast learner with a high-energy, execution-focused mindset who takes total ownership and gets things done. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client Retention, Client Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and Account Growth / Expansion
Location: Hybrid (NYC Metropolitan Area)
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)
Travel: Ability to travel 2–3 times annually for company/industry events
Qualifications: Fast learner who quickly gets up to speed on new systems, client needs, and industry trends. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Dedicated customer-first approach with a focus on client satisfaction. Relentlessly driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented with a strong bias for action. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software, travel systems, and data analysis. Prior experience in the travel industry, working with travel systems, or managing vendor/supplier relationships. Excitement to thrive and execute in a fast-paced, rapidly growing team environment.
