About the role

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Director of Accounting Operations for a Global supply chain company in Renton, WA. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, leads teams supporting accounts receivable, transportation payables, credit, collections, cash management, and treasury operations across multiple business units and geographies. They will partner with strategic operating partners and company-owned locations, drive process and technology improvements, ensure strong financial controls, and serve as a key member of the finance leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.Demonstrated experience leading shared services or outsourced accounting functions supporting multiple business units.Strong treasury experience, including cash management, credit facilities, banking relationships, intercompany balances, and risk management.
