Customer Service Representative About the position: Compensation: $19.00 an hour, plus bi-weekly bonus Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided listIntroduce our tree care services in a friendly and informative wayExplain the benefits of a free tree evaluationSchedule appointments for certified arborists to visit and assess customers' treesAnswer basic questions and handle any initial concernsMaintain accurate records of calls and customer responses Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication skills and a confident phone presencePositive attitude and a customer-first mindsetAbility to handle rejection professionally and stay motivatedComfortable working with call scripts and customer tracking toolsPrevious customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule is Monday - Friday, with four days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, and a flex-day from 8:00AM - 2:00PM (this is an in-office position only)Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave in Phoenix, Arizona Perks:Paid trainingSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Company HolidaysOne Week Paid Time Off401k
