About the role
Lead sales training strategy
Own end‑to‑end sales training programs that support onboarding, product launches, and evolving commercial priorities
Translate business strategy and product innovation into scalable training curricula and learning journeys
Set standards for sales training quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Design & deliver impactful learning
Design and facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning experiences
Create applied learning experiences (simulations, role‑plays, case studies) that reinforce real‑world selling skills
Personally facilitate high‑impact training moments with senior sales audiences
Use AI tools as appropriate for design and delivery
Partner across the business
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned
Balance speed‑to‑close with regulatory and ethical selling requirements
Influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority
Embed compliance into selling
Ensure sales training reflects regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements relevant to healthcare sales
Partner with compliance and legal teams to validate content and messaging
Equip sellers to confidently navigate compliant customer conversations
Measure & improve
Define and track training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance indicators
Use data and field insights to continuously refine content, sequencing, and delivery
Drive continuous improvement across the sales training ecosystem
Other duties as assigned.
Experience
5+ years in sales, sales training, or sales leadership
2+ years sales experience in solution‑based sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, healthcare, enterprise technology), radiation therapy preferred
Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program development, and LMS Management
Proven track record of successfully training and developing sales professionals
Bachelor’s degree required
Skills & Competencies
Ability to use AI-enabled tools to streamline content development and create effective, high-quality training materials
Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive‑presence skills
Ability to translate complex technical or clinical concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging
Project management and organizational skills are a must
Comfort operating across strategy, design, delivery, and measurement
Strong cross‑functional leadership and influence skills
Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and field coaching (20% estimated time)
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
$112,420 - $154,572
