About the role

Moultrie in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a Director of R&D to lead the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware into a shippable product. You will define standards, checkpoints, and manage the process across disciplines from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production, delivering documentation and phase-gate exits with program management support. You will collaborate with Validation to ensure tests cover functionality and performance, plan resourcing, and own cross-disciplinary
