About the role
Position Overview
The Local Sales Executive will be responsible for leading CSN Collision's growth initiatives within the Southwest (CA, AZ, TX) market. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, National and Local Fleet Management Companies, Direct Repair Program (DRP) partners, and collision repair shops. The Local Sales Executive will execute a market-specific, boots-on-the-ground strategy and act as the primary representative of CSN in the region. The Local Sales Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to tailor CSN's offerings to regional needs, drive DRP partnership growth, and represent CSN at local industry events. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the National Director.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead CSN's growth efforts in California by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities with carriers, DRP programs, and repair shops
Execute a localized business development strategy aligned with CSN's overall growth objectives
Promote CSN's value proposition to prospective partners and tailor offerings to regional market needs
Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with carriers, DRPs, and collision repair facilities
Represent CSN at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and cultivate relationships
Serve as the local point of contact for partner engagement and escalation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align on strategies and ensure effective execution of local initiatives
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback to inform organizational decision-making
Administrative Support
Provide administrative and reporting support to the National Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up on key initiatives
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate partner records, activity reports, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the insurance, automotive services, or collision repair industries
Strong knowledge of California's insurance and collision repair market
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to drive business growth and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability and willingness to travel within California as required
