About the role

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, translating insights into bespoke design and scalable journeys for managers and directors. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, partner with HR and senior leaders, and provide 1:1 executive coaching using ICF methodology, shaping leadership development across Meta’s global teams.
