Stator Winder - 1st Shift

Shift: Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators following specifications and procedures Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks Perform coil winding and insulation-related operations Follow soldering procedures and machine setup requirements Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Move materials within the department using a forklift if licensed and certified Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder– 1st Shift Role: High school diploma, vocational diploma, or equivalent required Ability to learn coil winding techniques, insulation methods, soldering procedures, and machine setup operations Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to obtain forklift certification if desired and approved by the company Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
